Message	it's understandable for people to complain when they feel they are getting screwed. It's not so understandable when those same people get great customer service on a different order but they never say a word. It's very doubtful that people are out to get Z1. It's highly likely that people are complaining prematurely out of anger and not bothering to chime in when they get good service. I'm not pro-Z1 but I'm not anti-Z1 either.
